1. Building Barricade#

  • ^ Can use Soul Catcher as alternative trap
  • ** Can use any EVENT BASE if you have them (more preferred) as alternative base

🏆 Strategies

  • Most mice in the Mousoleum are belong to the group "The Shadow Clan", which has resistance to "Physical Traps"
  • Arm Radioactive Blue Cheese, as mouses here only attract to this type of cheese.
  • Collecting at least 30 Cemetery Slat to build the barricade
Tips

You can collect a bit more before building the Barricade, because any extras Cemetery Slat can be used to repair the Barricade once it's built. It's best to get most out of one barricade hunt, because if the barricade breaks you have to collect 30 Cemetery Slat before you can rebuild it!

Collecting about 50-60 Cemetery Slat before building the Barricade will do the job.

2. Crafting Crimson Cheese#

🏆 Strategies

  • Keep hunting with the Radioactive Blue Cheese
  • With the barricade up and running, catching the Bat and Vampire mosue will have chance of dropping Crimson Curd
  • This curd can be used to craft the Crimson Cheese with the following recipe:

  • 6 Crimson Curd make 3 Crimson Cheese
  • Adding 1 Magic Essence will result in 6 Crimson Cheese instead of 3
  • Once you had collected 6 Crimson Curd, go ahead and craft some Crimson Cheese
Attention

Beaware of one thing here, the barriade will take damage base on the outcome of your hunt:

  • Catch - receive 1 damage
  • Failure to Catch - receive 2 damage
  • Failure to Attract - receive 2 damage

And reparing your Barricade will take 1 Cemetery Slat per Barricade HP

  • Your main goal here is to get enough Crimson Cheese to catch the Mousevina von Vermin(MvV).
tips

According to my calculations, we need at least 17 Limelight Cheese to get the Key to the Town of Digby from the Mutated Mole.

To get that amount of Limelight Cheese, you will need the following amount of Crimson Cheese:

If you are crafing Limelight cheese:

  • Without Magic Essences - need at least 53 Crimson Cheese
  • With magic Essences - need at least 27 Crimson Cheese

3. Catching the MvV#

  • Arm the Crimson Cheese and start catching the Mousevina von Vermin
  • Each Mousevina von Vermin will drop 1~3 Living Shards

Since we need 17 Limelight Cheese, you will need the following amount of Living Shard base on your crafting method:

  • Crafting without Maggic Essence: need 18 Living Shard
  • Crafting with Maggic Essence: need 9 Living Shard

One of these will be enough for you to craft 17 Limelight Cheese

  • If you ran out of Crimson Cheese go back to Part 2 of this guide
  • If your barricade is broken, go back to Part 1 of this guide
Attention

The Mousevina von Vermin can only be caught with the barricade up, so if your barricade is broken, disarm your Crimson Cheese and build up the barricade before hunting with Crimson Cheese!

  • Once you gotten enough Living Shards, let's craft the 18 Limelight Cheese using the one of the following recipes:

(We need a minimum of 17 Limelight, but the recipe crafts in multiples of 3 pieces, so we will have to craft with 18 pieces instead.)

Without Magic Essences
  • 180 Curds and Whey - Cost 2,160 gold
  • 18 Living Shard
  • 18 Radioactive Sludge

Will give 18 pieces of Limelight Cheese

OR

With Magic Essences
  • 90 Curds and Whey - Cost 1,080 gold
  • 9 Living Shard
  • 9 Radioactive Sludge
  • 9 Magic Essence

Will give 18 pieces of Limelight Cheese

4. Catch Mutated Mole#

  • Once you are back to the Laboratory, arm your Limelight Cheese
  • The Mutated Mole has approx 6.22% chance of dropping the Key to the Town of Digby
